ProdoTracker is a small team building an AI assisted task manager, in the open, because every tool we tried was great at capturing tasks and quiet on ranking them.
ProdoTracker started in 2025 as a small, specific complaint that turned into a prototype. We kept ending the day with a full task list and no real sense of what to actually do next. Existing tools were great at capturing tasks and quiet on ranking them, so the list itself became the source of stress rather than the fix for it. We built ProdoTracker to solve that problem for ourselves first, then decided it was worth sharing.
Our mission is to end decision paralysis, what we call TaskBlur, by turning a pile of tasks into one clear next action. Every task you enter is scored on Importance, Urgency, Ease, and Consequences, then ranked and scheduled automatically, so you spend your time doing the work instead of deciding what the work should be.
We label things as rough beta instead of inflating numbers or inventing social proof.
AI is decision support, not a replacement for your judgment. Every score can be seen, overridden, or adjusted.
We do not sell your data or run ads inside the product, full stop.
We would rather rank and act on the one thing that matters than pile up another list.
